Developing a course from conception to launch typically requires collaboration across instructional design, visual design, video production, and platform operations teams—resulting in long cycles, high costs, and slow iteration. Yan Yuan Youcai addresses this challenge directly, building a future-ready vocational education ecosystem grounded in four key attributes: professionalism, vocational focus, intelligence, and internationalization.
